How to check 100% functioning of fuel system in Vehicle ( Vehicle not starting )

1. First We have turn car key into before starting position (till lighting dashboard indication) and check that priming sound of fuel priming pump in or near to fuel tank. If fuel pump sound not coming check the fuel pump fuse and check voltage in fuel pump connect socket.

2. If sound ok further check fuel pressure (35-45 psi) by connection pressure gauge into fuel in line of main engine. If fuel pressure dropping it can be problem of fuel regulator, fuel injectors or fuel pump itself. If fuel pressure not there it can be problem of fuel pump, fuel filter or leakage of fuel in system.

3. If it's ok. Then you have to check fuel injectors for good injection to engine. You can check fuel injectors by using injectors test kit or simply you can change it by new one check the status.

4. Further if fuel not coming properly to engine you can check it by spraying fuel at air filter side and start engine at same time.
